We want you to love your GYMSIS pieces—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition with tags still attached
• Returned in its original packaging

How to Return

1. Email us at gymsis@gymsis.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We currently do not offer exchanges—simply return your item and place a new order.
